(2017) Electrowetting on Dielectric (EWOD) prototype recovery platform - (D06) : Worn bio-detector Phase 1. UH MEMS.
Copy

The design and development of a laboratory particle recovery instrument exploiting Electrowetting on Dielectric (EWOD) techniques. This instrument should interface with the, codeveloped, man worn Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) aerosol collection platform prototypes. The EWOD prototype system will focus on the recovery of airborne pathogens from the ESP units and provide secure delivery of contaminated samples for subsequent analysis. EWOD samples are typically in the 1-2ul volume range.
