This led to forming the aim: Toexplore, understand and explain the management of technostress in organizations. To address this aim,a qualitative approach that uses interpretivism and the themes of trust, resistance to change andorganizational culture will be employed for this study. For the practical application of this aim, acomparative case study of two organizations in the UK and Ireland will be used. The implication of thisstudy for academia and industry are also included in this paper.
